    In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-4 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 04:00 PM (GMT 00:00) Central Standard Time. Domestic order Handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Sunday).

    1. CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

    If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
